Blockchain Data: When you connect a wallet and execute transactions, the details of those transactions (wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token amounts) are publicly recorded on the relevant blockchain. We may analyze this on-chain data to improve our services.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.
Communication Data: If you contact our support team, we collect the content of your communications and any contact information you provide.
Cookies & Local Storage: We use strictly necessary cookies for platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use collected information to: operate and improve the NYX platform; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; analyze trends to improve user experience; send service notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers who operate under strict data processing agreements; law enforcement when legally required; successors in connection with any merger or acquisition.

NYX provides a non-custodial, decentralized trading interface that enables users to execute token swaps and other DeFi operations via interaction with public blockchain protocols. NYX does not hold user funds, operate as a broker or dealer, or provide investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NYX. You represent that use of the service does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. The following are strictly prohibited: use by residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries; money laundering or terrorism financing; market manipulation or wash trading; reverse engineering our AI systems or smart contracts without authorization.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Token prices are volatile. NYX AI signals are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. You trade at your own risk and NYX accepts no liability for trading losses.
The NYX name, logo, platform code, AI systems, and all associated intellectual property are owned by NYX Protocol Ltd. Our smart contracts are open-source under the MIT license. The front-end interface, branding, and AI models remain proprietary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under ICC rules.
